Yael Rock, an Australian actress, is well-known for roles such as Lorna Mortello in Orange Is the New Black Peretta Jordain in Childhood's End or Dora Lumley Picnic at Hanging Rock. She also appeared in many other films and shows on television including Spirited High Maintenance Deep Water Penn Zero Part-Time Hero The Wilde Wedding. She has been known as a vocal advocate for women's causes and supporting reproductive rights and protections for the climate. Balmain Public School was her last school. She then graduated from Newtown High School of the Performing Arts & The National Institute of Dramatic Art (both in New South Wales, Australia).
