Dina Meyer was born and raised in Forest Hills Queens New York. Just before finishing her junior year, she relocated to Queens and moved to Dix Hills Long Island. Her sister is younger of Gregory, and has an older brother called Evan. Her first exposure to the world of entertainment came in the form of modeling at the age of 9 to sixteen. Ron Stetson taught her the Sanford Meisner acting technique at The Neighborhood Playhouse. Sandra Bullock was among those who studied by this method and so were Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum Leslie Nielsen and Diane Keaton. Following her move into Los Angeles, she got her first lead role in the Beverly Hills 90210. The role was as the main character in Johnny Mnemonic in which she performed almost all her stunts by herself. She also established her skills as an actress. With the help of her agent, who manages Matt LeBlanc she scored a part as a guest on Friends.
